I've been fishing predominantly inshore lately, and around the Aldermen and Mercury Islands with clients who mainly want to softbait and do the odd bit of kingi fishing. A slow trolled mullet produced the fish of the month for Simon Milne, and him and his buddy Alex had a ball softbaiting both the Aldies and Mercs.
